Secrets of the Millionaire Mindset With Harv T. Ecker & Skye King

I just opened the book to this page, brilliant, love how that happens! “Do you know the definition of an entrepreneur? The definition we use in our program is “a person who solve problems for people at a profit.” That’s right, an entrepreneur is nothing more than a “problem solver.”
So I ask you, would you rather solve problems for more people or fewer people? If you replied more, then you need to start thinking bigger and decide to help massive numbers of people-thousands, even millions. The by-product is that the more people you help, the “richer” you become, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and definitely financially.”
I caught up with Harv in Toronto on the night he was giving a talk about “The Wealthy Warrior,” to a packed crowd in downtown Toronto. I approached Harv at the conclusion of his one hour talk about the economy, the imminent demise of the American Dollar and how to approach the future, as always #1 key with Harv is set your financial thermostat higher and make sure you have many streams of passive income. The beauty of my business is that it gives me 12 different streams of income not including my primary business, that is a huge leap from just 3 years ago when I was first introduced to Harv’s work.
Here are specific Steps for Change:
Awareness: Consider a specific emotional incident you experienced around money when you were young.
Understanding: Write down how this incident may have affected your current financial life.
Disassociation: Can you see this way of being is only what you learned and isn’t you? Can you see you have a choice in he present moment to be different?
Declaration: Place your hand on your heart and say….”I release my non supportive money experiences from the past and create a new and rich future.” Touch your head and say…
“I have a millionaire mind!” (this is conditioning your subconscious mind) It is very powerful to do this in this location, as Dr. Wayne Dyers states,”You’ll believe it when you see it” For the mind, “you’ll believe it as you think it.” The mind is a very powerful tool, it creates realities and it also destroys them. What is happening in today’s society is that people are reconnecting with their higher mind, the intuitive place within themselves that speaks the truth. The lower mind is the ego mind, the place where thoughts run rampant and explore the negative aspects of life, the little voice inside your head that continues to bring you down. We all have these within us, most are stuck in the lower mind and by stepping outside of your comfort zone your able to dissolve the power and control the ego mind has over you. Personal empowerment happens when you decide you want more, need more and decide to engage in all of your senses to explore the incredible being that you are.

Integrating Social Media Into Your Small Businesses?
Growing link between social media and small businesses
A new study by Smith School of Business at The University of Maryland on the relationship between small business and social media has concluded that Social Media rates in the U.S. have reached 24%, primarily through Facebook and LinkedIn, an increase of 8% from 2008.
The December 2009 report surveyed 500 small business owners and found that one in five small businesses are have integrated social media into their marketing mix. In fact, 45% of surveyed respondents even believe their social media initiatives will pay off financially in 12 months or less.
As the graphic below details, the small business owners who are using social media are primarily engaging in social media through company pages (75%) and status updates (69%) on Facebook or LinkedIn. However only 16% of the business owners surveyed admitted to using Twitter as a customer service channel.
The report also shows that small business owners now believe social media can help them generate leads. While half of surveyed respondents found the time it takes to use social media sites more daunting than expected, 61% are still putting in the hours and making active efforts to identify new customers.
Despite there still being a need for traditional advertising and press releases, social sites such as Twitter and Facebook allow a whole new type of communication to take place that has previously been unknown to most businesses. Because of this it is even more important for business to not only get a large number of fans or followers, but also follow through on the opportunity to make more genuine and direct connections with customers.
We are now in the age of open communication, engaged dialogue, and transparency and business success may now have less to do with the size of ad budgets, but on the quality of interactions with customers – especially before these customers forge relationships with your competitors.

Mark Hoverson An Amazing Mentor & Internet Marketing Coach
Having studied Mark Hoverson over the last year and seeing his steady climb to where he is today has given me a bird’s eye view of how powerful, amazing and truly life transforming the Internet really is. I placed out my intention to the Universe to meet Mark somewhere, somehow, I left it up to Spirit to make it happen, and it did 4 months later in the Paris Hotel in Vegas. I was smiling not only because I had met him, but because I was deeply grateful for being presented with this opportunity. There he stood as I walked by to get some tea, I turned and put out my hand to shake his and thank him for such an amazing course that he and Jonathan Budd just did in PPC Mastery, I was one of the first students in this 8-week course that was the best trainings I have ever done.
Months before I even considered to join Marks team even though I really didn’t want to join his company, I just wanted to be trained by him. The training videos that I did receive from him left me with goose bumps half the time, they were pure content, wicked marketing strategies and this is what he did weekly with his inner circle, well I wanted to be part of it. His energy and insight into how he worked really intrigued me, I loved his results and at that time, they weren’t even close to where they are today. His words spoke to me, invoked a sense of rythmn that equated itself to a perfect family life, even though he made clear that life is life and there is no such thing as a perfect anything.
See, Mark was living his dream the way he wanted to, he sought out business coaches that could help him overcome his own personal road blocks and forge ahead even when the people around him said no. Why do I admire Mark so much? The strength of conviction that is why. I hear in his story the struggle of so many, I sensed the underlying hunger that drove Mark to strive for his own greatness even when those around him did not believe in what he could create. I see this pattern in so many people, but here’s the key, Mark never ever gave up until he reached his goal, I’m pretty sure he creates new goals all the time based on what he has already completed.
Here is something I’d like to pass along to you, do not seek out a coach just because they have made it, or because they have hundreds of people in their down line or they are a super rock star mega millionaire. Make sure the person you desire to be trained by, grow with and be supported by is the woman or man that you desire to become. Make sure there is some form of energy that attracts you to that person, not by what others say about the person, experience it yourself. Connect with the person, experience the direct impact that person can have in your life, if any. Get on their mailing list, listen to their webinars, connect in anyway that you can, become part of their inner circle.
See, we attract people into our lives as coaches, mentors and leaders so we can harness their wisdom, their life experience and learn from their experiences so we can personally shorten our learning curve. To approach someone as a mentor is stating to the Universe, “I want guidance and support from someone who can reflect back to me what I already know deep within, I just need to be reminded.”
Mark, congratulations on your successes, your children will look back to these days when you were building their future as the days their Father was building a legacy for them. I am proud of you for making your dreams come true.

Mindset For Success
Tony Robbins had a horrendous childhood, he inherently knew he was more than what he was told he was, or experienced through the harsh words coming down on him as a young boy. Yet, something happened to him in his teens, he switched, he had enough and he knew there was more, HE was more than what he was creating for himself, then it happened, he changed his mindset!

Read positive uplifting books by successful entrepreneurs or personal development novels. Engage your mental imprinting with exclusive viewing of images that feed your desired reality, a positive sensory input. Speak in a harmonious manner that is uplifting and supportive to your desired goals. Be grateful for everything that you have and are able to give to others. The first thing I am grateful to in morning is the Sun, I give thanks for the loving vibrations of energy, heat and the life giving source that sustains our planet and everything on it. Whatever inspires you first thing in the morning to be grateful for go for it and speak it out loud, it sets up an attitude of gratitude which can become contagious once started.
When you work on building a mindset of gold, one of prosperity and loving kindness, you will see the exact same coming back to you in your life, through conversation, choice encounters and seemingly synchronistic opportunities will begin to present themselves to you.
